Routine

To strengthen my stamina and healthy, I keep somethings in routine.
  • Keep fit
I persist in skipping 2000 times everyday. It was divided into three section: 500times in the morning for warning-up, 500times in the afternoon for keeping waking, 1000times during 5pm to 6pm for toughen internal organs. It would feel really pleasant after skip and stand for my stamina and piysical get stronger and stronger.
Then I skate (roller-skate) for a while, coz, I'm just beginnger with it, I need to keep the skating feeling. However, I never trip up so far. This pair of roller-skates is a gift from my friends DS, which is just one side four-rollers that I never try before. In addition, I have no experience with skating, so when I tried them first at sport shop, I worried about falling down, but that was not happend. Maybe, I really have some talent in keep balance. :p
Now, I 'm pretty sure that I will make it as a long-term physical exercise in the future.
  • Learning language

Firstly, I need to point learing language is a awesome experience. It need be touched everyday, don't muddle along or you would get nothing.

About writing, one of my learning method is blogging. This way can make me keep the feeling on English, moreover, it would imporve the english-writing capability.

To reinforce the reading comprehension, I would read original edition English articles via flavorpill which is a kind of mail-magazine orded by me. Beside it I would read New-concept 4 one lesson per day. And some magazine which are interesting such as National Geography, some novels, What's more, I'm pretty force myself to read some books about visual culture.

Extensive reading can enlarge my knowledges, keep my english feeling which let me use to english thinking way directly, and more important is that can expand my point of view for using my english wirting.Intensive reading has more substantial effect. I would enrich my vocabulary of english, absorb lots of wonderful unadulterated expression of english and increase my level actually. Since it mentions to expend vocabulary, I would keep learn some good stuff with steady steps. And if possible, some good grammer book is pretty useful too.

About listening, I would practise excellent teaching-stuff like listen to this, and try to get one lesson per day. Beside it, I would watching TV-show, listen the TV script and listen english sounds-book. To enhance my perceptivity in english sounds.

Then is speaking, I'm sure I have talent on pronunciation, the more necessary thing to me is that recite some pure speaking expression and fabulous essay.

  • Last but not least

As blogging in English everyday, I would blog in Chinese too. The english blog is just here. and Chinese version is settled in other space.

I would read majority book in my bookcase which are all my yearn for reading but no time before. especially one book called a whole new mind that I would practice myself with following it. Actually, I have already been inborn some characters which mentioned by this book.

And collect new inspirations, music, every creative things and informantion as usual.

What else?

en, I think is to keep in good repair my skin and try to go sleep before midnight. better before 11pm.

Okay. so far, Done. I would update my routine and keep unremittingly. GO!
